Milestones
Phase One: Seed Stage
The story begins within a 20-foot container in Yuen Long, serving as an office and warehouse (the entrepreneurial base XDD).
Phase Two: Infant Stage
Officially launching DBEE Cloud Warehouse Management Service, the first warehouse spanning 3,000 square feet in Tsuen Wan. Our in-house developed system is born, providing a one-stop e-commerce supply chain solution for online businesses in Hong Kong.
Phase Three: Learning Stage
The business model is essentially established. Through collaboration with businesses of different scales, categories, and operational methods, we continuously optimize service details, enhance operational experience, improve service flexibility, and continue system development to support more diverse customer business needs. The 3,000 square feet warehouse reaches saturation, prompting an expansion to a total warehouse area of approximately 8,000 square feet.

As the pandemic intensifies in Hong Kong, a large number of citizens stay at home, further driving the popularity of online shopping. DBEE consolidates warehouses to unify management and improve efficiency. The area expands to approximately 11,000 square feet.
Phase Four: Growth Stage
Service coverage gradually expands to more major e-commerce platforms such as HKTVMall, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc. Post-pandemic, the DBEE warehouse area expands to approximately16,000 square feet. The number of partner merchants, product styles, and shipment volume steadily increases, with growth primarily driven by referrals from collaborating merchants.
