DBEE Cloud Warehouse Management Service is not bound by contract period. The storage fee is based on the actual volume of goods and is settled weekly. Shelving fee, shipping fee, transportation fee, etc. are all calculated according to the actual usage and there is no minimum consumption. If you want to terminate the service, you only need to communicate with the operation consultant in advance for the return arrangement, DBEE will arrange the return of goods and follow up properly.

DBEE’s temperature controlled e-commerce warehouse is capable of storing different types of online store merchandise. The types of goods being stored and managed include but are not limited to: cosmetics and skin care products, health care products, snacks and beverages, alcoholic beverages, medical supplies, household products, pet groceries, electronic products, toys and accessories, shoes and clothing, perfume and aromatherapy, adult products, ginseng and dried seafood, personal care, car beauty, etc. ……

However, the cold chain and warehousing project is still under preparation, and is not suitable for storing frozen products, fresh products, wet goods and other commodities for the time being. Cloud Warehouse standard cut-off time is 5:00pm from Monday to Saturday. Merchants placing orders in DBEE WMS system before the cut-off time will complete the process of sorting, packing and logistics arrangement on the same day. DBEE provides a wide range of shipping and delivery options to meet the needs of merchants and consumers. When placing an order in DBEE WMS system, merchants can flexibly choose the logistics solution for each order according to their business needs.

Merchants can select ‘Self Pickup’ option while placing an order in DBEE WMS system. This option is applicable for merchants/consumers/transport drivers etc. to pick up the goods from the cloud warehouse during business hours. The ‘Pick-up’ option will not incur order transportation cost, but will still calculate the shipment and consumable cost (if applicable).

DBEE provides free basic packaging and protection consumables for shipment orders, including bubble wrap, bubble bags, sealing tapes and courier bags, as well as different sizes of logistics cartons and various packaging materials for customers to choose from.

Merchants who wish to use their own consumables, or other customized packaging solutions, can contact an operations consultant to coordinate and make arrangements for you.

DBEE cloud warehouse management adopts the top-up and deduction mode, and there is no need to pay additional service deposits or contract period bundling. After the relevant operations are completed (such as shelves, shipments, etc.), the system will deduct the amount according to the operation content, and the storage fee will also be automatically settled by the system every week according to the storage volume. Merchants can view each expense and detailed records at any time through the DBEE WMS ‘Bill’ function. Please note that if the account is in arrears, the service may be temporarily suspended.

In terms of warehousing and shelving, Cloud Warehouse will follow the pre-reporting established by the merchant in the DBEE WMS system to sort out the goods according to the barcode information, unpack and count the goods one by one and carry out the basic quality check. If there is any discrepancy between the arrival content and the pre-reported information, or if there is any damage or leakage on the surface of the goods, it will be dealt with in a separate and coordinated manner, and will not be directly counted into the inventory quantity, so as to ensure the accuracy of the system’s real-time inventory.

In terms of shipment, Cloud Warehouse will carry out sorting and packing, generating waybill, booking logistics and other processes according to the orders placed by merchants in the system. Order sorting will verify the barcode of the goods through the computer system to ensure that the order content is completely correct before entering the packing process. Detailed system records and CCTV recordings are kept during the process. In case of customer service issues, DBEE can provide detailed records of the shipment to the merchant.
